Master's course for Graduate School of Aviation Management was established, and its entrance quota was set to 64.

Doctor’s courses for Graduate School of Aeronautical Engineering and Avionics Engineering were established.
Master's course for Graduate School of Aeronautical Information & Telecommunication Engineering was established,
and its entrance quota was set to 52.

Total entrance quota was set to 580 for 9 different departments as below:
40 for Department of Aeronautical Science & Flight Operation,
70 for Department of Aviation Business Administration,
130 for Department of Aeronautical & Mechanical Engineering,
70 for Department of Aerospace & Communications Intelligence Engineering,
80 for Department of Avionics Engineering,
50 for Department of Aviation Administration,
50 for Department of Materials Engineering,
40 for Department of Mechanical Engineering & Design,

The Institute for Electronics & Information Development was opened.

Department of Aerospace & Telecommunication Engineering was renamed to Department of

The Information Technology & Services, Broadcasting Center was opened.
