The Department of Air and Space Law is designed to foster the highly competent specialists required in the 21st aerospace age by teaching aerospace law and policy-related subjects in addition to the curriculum of the general undergraduate law courses.
This department enables students to prepare for various qualification examinations by offering basic courses on civil, criminal, constitution, commercial and international law.
Furthermore, students may develop expert knowledge on aerospace law by studying various major subject areas such as aviation, space law and aerospace policy. In particular, the department teaches all aviation-related subjects such as flight operation, transportation, management and engineering so that students may acquire extensive expert theories and knowledge.
In addition, the department enables its students to become experts in aerospace law and leaders of the aerospace industry. They find employment in government offices, airlines, international organizations and business companies upon graduation.
