The curriculum emphasizes that students are equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge of English language to serve as a global leader. The department offers core courses of English literature and linguistics and also provides practical courses concerning aviation English, and translation/interpretation skills. Experienced faculty members of three Korean- and 5 English-native professors deliver quality lectures and the language lab facilities create conducive environment for learning. We run an student-exchange program in which students with academic achievement are given opportunities to study abroad.
